Come build a climate-positive future with us! We are looking for a Group Business Controller to join our Group Finance team and play a central role in shaping Nevel’s quality of business controll. This is a permanent position based at our headquarters in Tripla, Pasila.

In this role, your key responsibility is to lead group-level reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring that all processes are high-quality, efficient, and modern across the organisation.

Working in close collaboration with business unit leaders, senior management, the Board, and Ardian, the role provides insights that support both strategic and operational decision-making.

You will develop consistent controlling practices across all business units and act as a leader and sparring partner for Business Controllers in a matrix organisation. A central part of the role is driving the development and automation of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting through modern systems and data-driven approaches.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will contribute to CAPEX controlling and participate in selected strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, major investments, and long-term contracts, supporting the company’s growth agenda.

Key qualifications for excelling in this role include:

• A higher degree in economics

• Strong experience in business controlling in a complex or group environment

• Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis

• Ability to lead and influence in a matrix organisation

• Strong business mindset combined with analytical skills

• Experience in developing controlling processes and improving ways of working

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to independently lead own work agenda, take ownership, and deliver with accountability

• Fluency in English, written and spoken. Nordic language skills are considered an advantage
