Come build a climate-positive future with us! We are looking for a Group Business Controller to join our Group Finance team and play a central role in shaping Nevel’s quality of business controll. This is a permanent position based at our headquarters in Tripla, Pasila.
In this role, your key responsibility is to lead group-level reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring that all processes are high-quality, efficient, and modern across the organisation.
Working in close collaboration with business unit leaders, senior management, the Board, and Ardian, the role provides insights that support both strategic and operational decision-making.
You will develop consistent controlling practices across all business units and act as a leader and sparring partner for Business Controllers in a matrix organisation. A central part of the role is driving the development and automation of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting through modern systems and data-driven approaches.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will contribute to CAPEX controlling and participate in selected strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, major investments, and long-term contracts, supporting the company’s growth agenda.

Key qualifications for excelling in this role include:
A higher degree in economics
Strong experience in business controlling in a complex or group environment
Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
Ability to lead and influence in a matrix organisation
Strong business mindset combined with analytical skills
Experience in developing controlling processes and improving ways of working
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to independently lead own work agenda, take ownership, and deliver with accountability
Fluency in English, written and spoken. Nordic language skills are considered an advantage
