We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-oriented Key Account Manager, Industrial Infrastructure to join our Finland Account Team in a permanent position.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships within the industrial sector. Your focus will be on the execution and management of customer contracts, contract amendments and renewals, while ensuring high-quality customer experience and long-term business success. In addition, you will drive agreed customer growth projects and identify new business opportunities in close cooperation with customers and internal stakeholders.
As a trusted partner to your customers, you will combine commercial acumen with technical understanding, helping customers find sustainable and value-creating solutions that support their business objectives. You will work closely with colleagues across Nevel's organization and contribute to strengthening Nevel's position as a leading provider of industrial infrastructure and energy solutions.

Key qualifications for excelling in this role include:
Previous experience in Key Account Management, solution selling or other consultative B2B sales roles
Strong commercial understanding and business-oriented mindset
Experience working with energy production, industrial infrastructure or related industries
Experience in larger investment projects and the ability to understand their commercial and technical implications
Understanding of cash flow calculations and investment business cases
Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Project management capabilities and a proactive approach to driving customer initiatives
Customer-oriented way of working combined with strong collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English
Ability to identify growth opportunities and create value for customers and Nevel alike.

Additional Information
The agreed place of work may be at one of our offices in Helsinki, Jyväskylä or Seinäjoki. The role includes regular meetings and customer visits across Finland, so willingness to travel occasionally as part of customer relationship management and business development activities is required.
Nevel follows a hybrid working model, and employees are expected to work approximately three days per week at the agreed place of work or at customer visits. Customer visits are considered on-site working days.
