Are you passionate about driving people strategy, supporting business success, and creating a thriving company culture? We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and take a central role in shaping the future of our organization. The position is temporary (parental leave substitute). You will report to the HR Director based in Stockholm.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead and support management and line managers with all core HR processes, including:
- Annual HR processes such as personnel planning, performance management, rewarding, competence development, and personnel surveys
- End-to-end employee life-cycle management, from recruitment and onboarding to exit processes
- Coordinate country-specific HR initiatives and ensure the execution of our people strategy and long-term goals
- Follow up on relevant HR KPIs and report insights to the management team and board
- Promote and nurture our company culture, employee well-being, and employer brand
- Provide customer-oriented HR support to managers and supervisors
- Support key strategic initiatives, such as operational excellence and M&A activities
- Drive organizational development and change initiatives
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
- A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s level), preferably in Human Resources or a related field
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. Swedish is a plus
- Strong business understanding and execution skills
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Experience navigating and collaborating in a matrix organization
- Expertise in strategic personnel planning and change management
- Proven ability to work independently with unions and collective labor agreements
- Skills in handling recruitment processes
