We are now looking for an HR Coordinator with experience in outsourced payroll administration for a temporary position.

About the role
As an HR Coordinator, you will be a key player in our team and will be responsible for ensuring smooth workforce planning and administrative HR processes. Your main responsibilities include:
- Manage and optimize work-time scheduling and staffing planning in Quinyx and act as a first point of contact with our outsourced payroll partner.
- Ensure compliance with collective agreements related to scheduling and workforce management.
- Update and maintain our HR system Sympa.
- Support in overall HR processes and reporting.
- Manage benefits through Edenred.
- Be a central contact person for managers and employees in matters related to scheduling and HR systems.
- Analyze employee data and provide insights to improve efficiency.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to system upgrades and implementations.
Who are you?
To succeed in the role, we believe that you have:
✔️ At least 2 years of experience working with work-time scheduling and coordinated payroll management.
✔️ Experience in scheduling systems such as Quinyx, Nepton or Numeron is seen as an advantage.
✔️ Good understanding of interpreting collective agreements.
✔️ Experience with HR systems such as Sympa.
✔️ Systematic and structured work style with an eye for detail.
✔️ Ability to work independently but also collaborate with colleagues and managers.
✔️ A service-oriented approach and good communication skills.
✔️ Fluent in both Finnish and English. Swedish is seen as an advantage since you will be in contact with Swedish managers.
